Our Pro Author plans offer additional features and enhanced visibility to help authors reach their audience and succeed in their writing endeavors. These subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and provide authors with valuable tools and opportunities to showcase their work.

2. Pro Author Subscription Refunds & Cancellation:

• Non-Refundable Fees: Pro Author subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the Pro Author services, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the Orders page in the My Account section. Click here to cancel your subscription.
• Refund Requests: If you have made a payment by mistake or have specific concerns, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] or through our Contact Us page. Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 days, with payment gateways potentially taking an additional 1-2 weeks.

3. Cancellation of Author Subscriptions:

• Cancellation Rights: Users can cancel their Pro Author subscriptions at any time. There is no notice period required, but you will be responsible for charges incurred up to the cancellation date.
• Subscription to Authors: If you have subscribed to any authors, you must manage and cancel these subscriptions yourself. Short Story Lovers cannot handle refunds for these subscriptions, as all control and rights lie with the author.

4. Removing of Stories by Authors:

Authors can remove their stories from the platform at any time. There are no fees or consequences associated with removing a story.
