Setting Up Direct Bank Transfer on Short Story Lovers
Step 1: Accessing the Payouts Section
- Log in to your Short Story Lovers account.
In your Author Hub, on the left-hand menu, click on the Payouts option. This will take you to the Payouts page.
Step 2: Selecting Direct Bank Transfer
On the Payouts page, you'll see two available payment methods: Stripe and Direct Bank Transfer.
Select Direct Bank Transfer by clicking on it. The setup process will take a few seconds.
Step 3: Configuring Bank Details
After selecting Direct Bank Transfer, you will see an option to add your bank account details under the Settings tab.
Click on Edit next to How you get Paid and enter your bank account information accurately.
Step 4: Confirming Your Setup
Once your bank details are entered and saved, you'll see a confirmation on the Payouts page.
The Payouts tab will display your earnings, threshold amount, and payout history.
The Settings tab allows you to edit or deactivate your payment method if needed.
Step 5: Managing Payouts
In the Payouts tab, you can track your earnings and see the progress towards the payment threshold.
The payment threshold is set at $100. Once your earnings exceed this amount, you can request a withdrawal by clicking the Withdraw button.
Important Notes:
The payment threshold is $100 due to the limitations of our bank transfer partner. You can withdraw your funds once you exceed this amount.
If you need to make changes, you can deactivate the Direct Bank Transfer method and choose another payment method at any time.
