It all started when a lady in a green hood left her baby in her cabin in the woods and abandoned it. Logically that child shouldn't servive but let's be real of course that's not a human baby. It does survive an extra week but was sick for most of it due to not being taken care of until.
"Uhm greetings? Does there happen to be any sort of residency in there?" Asked a young woman by the name of Percy Kalahari. That's when she heard the faint cry of a child. "Huh that is quite peculiar. An infant?" Percy touches the door to find out it was opened.
"Hm." She opens the door fully and enters closing it behind her. Searching around for the cries finding a very smelly, icky and upset infant with home made baby food that looked a bit fresh and a note from the home cabin owner in very sloppy hand writting.
It read:
"Dear Whomever sees this,
I so happen to be in quite a misfortune political trouble so if anyone sees this please save and take care of my baby boy. His name is Tonto for his safety he must take your surname. Never let him know about this. I have left homemade clothing, medicines, food and infant safe drinks. Take him out of here and take good care of him. If there's anything else in this cabin that seems to have importance for his growth and health pack it in the carriage space under him and take it with you. You are allowed back, there are keys in the pot on the stove keep them with you at all times never let them out of your sight once you take them. Good luck to you I hope this wasn't in vain. I just wish for myson to live happy and healthy."
Percy reads it carefully and doesas the letter says. For the next 16 years of the boy's life she took amazing care of him, making sure to to never mention anything about his mother.

"I am departing now mother!" Tonto announces to his 'mother' Percy. "Stay safe Tonie! Be back in time for supper!" She replies back sewing his dance out fit. Tonto just replies with a simple okay, then leaves their little home with his hand made mask on. Why wear a mask? Because Percy made it for him and he doesn't feel right not using it.
Tonto is casually strolling on the path of their very lively village, going to a few markets to pick up different kinds of snacks, and art supplies. "Thank you!" Tonto says walking away from a market stall not looking at where he was slightly bumping into someone quickly apologizing. "I'm really sorry to inconvenience you!" He says looking up and a unfamiliar face.
He knows everyone in this village like family so who was this guy. "Don't trouble yourself about it little guy." The built deer boy says. "It was actually my fault I'm new and have no clue to where to go." He adds scratching the back of his head. "Oh! Where is your destination sir?" Tonto asks politely.
"Well I must head to the seamstress to place an outfit commotion. Some help would be quite fantastic." Tonto's eyes light up. "My mom is a seamstress! Come, I have to head home for supper anyways!" He says walking past him. "You already passed it sir!" He adds with a small chuckle.
The village starts to file down as everyone else is starting to get ready for supper. The unknown deer boy still follows Tonto like a lostpuppy. "So what do you go by sir?" Tonto asks basically skipping. "Danyorn, Holfard Danyorn." Tonto smiles and turns around.
"I'm Tonto Kalahari pleasure to make your acquaintance!" Tonto says as he stops walking among up at him causing the not much taller male to blush a little.
"Wait you're a boy?" Holfard says shocked. Tonto is a bit more on the feminine side, his hair is even in a half pig tail have down style because he was to lazy to do too much to it.
"Yes I'm only 16 sir, I'm not done growing!" He says playfully rolling his eyes making Holfard even more surprised. "16? My you're tall for your age! I'm 17 and this is the average height for my age." He says crossing his arms proudly. "We'll be the same age soon! I'm becoming 17 in a few weeks!"Tonto says as a matter of factly making Holfard nod.
They make it to Tonto's house as Percy finishes setting the table. "Mother I'm home, we have a guest!" Percy smiles thinking he's finally comfortable to bring friends home again. He hasn't done so since his primary years. "Okay Tonie, bring them to the supper room there's more than enough for another!"
The two boys make their way to Percy melling delicious food. "Wow it smells amazing miss!" Holfard says his deep voice scaring Percy before she turns around to put the extra bowl on the table. "Oh my! Your voice!" She says finally turning around in shock.
"Sorry miss my intention wasn't to frighten you." Holfard says scratching his neck as Tonto just laughs crouching on the floor. "Oh it's fine darling I just wasn't expecting it. Say you don't seem familiar are you a traveler or just new here?" Percy says sitting in her chair.
"Oh ant Tonie getup off the ground silly boy!" She says chuckling at him. "Forgive me mother your scream was funny!" Tonto says calming down and sits in his seat. "Sit darling standing and eating sure mustn't me comfortable!" Percy tells Holfard and he nods sitting down with the extra bowl.
As they eat percy pauses her chewing placing her spoon back into the bowl. "Are you noble? Do you have a specific reason to be here? Here to visit family? Here to-" She was soon cut off by Tonto. "Moma let the boy speak." He says playfully rolling his eyes.
"Yes my sincerest apologies young man." She says smiling at him. "Well miss I was sent here for a seamstress by the name of Percy? I wasn't given a surname as there only seems to be only one in this village, and no miss I'm not noble. I'm a bastard child." He says calmly.
"Yep that's me! Percy Kalahari, is there anything you need me to make?" She says intrigued by his words. "Yes well my half mother wants a custom dress made for a noble event, that is in a few weeks. If you take this dress she will not only pay you quite the fortune for your hard work. She invites you and anyone else in this household to the event." He says smiling at the two.
Tonto's mouth opens wide. "Mom you should do it! I want to help to!" He says making her chuckle at his adorable excitement. "I will but I must finish your dance outfit Tonie." She says smiling at him. "Oh yes! Is it almost finished? I can't wait!" Tonto says taking a bite out of his food.
"Yes just a few more bells and it should be finished by tonight." She then looks at Holfard yet again. "I'll doit, is there any colors she would like specifically." He nods and pulls out the paper from his pocket sliding it on the table to her. "It's written on here." She take the letter from it's envelope.
It read:
"Dear Percy Kalahari,
I would like for the dress to be a dark purple with pink and blue frills on it. It also be very nice for it to have matching heels but if not that is completely acceptable. I had my son drop this off and once you accept I will be on my way to you for you to get my measurements for this dress. I am aware of your charge fee and I will be giving you 2,000 coin for it just take your time I have seen your work so I know I will not be disappointed in your exquisite talent. I do wish for you and your son to participate in the event as you are my guests you may wear anything that is either presentable or you may just dress your best. I hope to meet you very soon."
The ending of the letter made the women smile. "Well tell her she may come whenever she is ready!" Percy smiles and Tonto smiles with her. "Now you both finish eating or it will be cold." She scolds as she was already almost done. "Holfard you may stay anytime, Tonie seems to enjoy your company." She adds winking at the two boys.
"Mom!" Tonto yells covering his face. "We just met!" He rolls his eyes.
