Being a Mother is my choice...!

I wanted to be a mother,

it was not my baby's desire.

It was me who wanted to expand my family,

my baby wasn't aware about this.

I was happy to conceive my baby,

my baby didn't know anything about this.

I was happy to carry my baby

in my womb for 9 months,

my baby didn't force me for this.

I was super excited to feel the first kick inside,

my baby gave me this divine feeling.

I happily chose the pain of 9 months

my baby didn't asked me to tolerate that pain.

I waited for the labor pain or chose cesarean,

It was only me who chose to give birth.

The long waited moment came when

my baby came into this beautiful world.

I was eager to see my baby.

I was on the seventh sky,

when I took my baby in my arms for the first time.

My baby was not aware about anything that time.

I can't see my baby crying.

I want to raise my baby with all comforts.

I want to give my baby all the happiness,

My baby is not asking anything from me.

My baby is not grown up now

My baby is not known to these comforts & happiness

It's me who chose to give all possible luxuries to my baby.

Then I have no right to demand all those things back,

I have no rights to show whatever I have done for my baby,

when my baby is grown up.

I am a mother not a selfish woman,

I should love my baby with a selfless feeling.

I haven't done any favor by giving birth.

I gave birth of my baby

and my baby gave birth of me a "Mother".

Whatever I have done was my choice and my happiness.

Being a mother is my choice

It's not my baby's desire...!!
