1939 -- Russian Fascists were on a mission of world conquest
They had captured 75% of Europe already. Kneeled China. And now they were expanding further in the south with their eyes on gold mines of India to finance their madness.
1st November 1941 -- Russia declared war on India. Rapid and brutal attack by Russian forces led to the fall of major India cities - Purusapura, Islamabad, Lahore, and Chandigarh.
Now, WW2's most extreme and brutal battle was being fought in Panipat (India's biggest Industrial city)...

An old woman lying on her deathbed asks her daughter to open her diary in which she wrote about her experiences of World War 2 and read it to her.
15th November 1941 (Place: Delhi)
In order to save India, PM Shyama Dayal Modi called his IPS (Indian Political Services) for their suggestions about the war.
Enter -- J.D Shah (Janam Damodar Shah)
JD Shah was born in Gujarat in 1890. He joined IPS in 1915. He was married to Jashdoben and had a daughter, Ishitaben. He was an atheist and was hostile towards almost all religious people particularly Muslims. For him, the existence of God was out of the question and all of the moral codes of conduct written in religious books were spurious. He was the chief national security advisor to PM Modi, who also had a hostile approach towards Abrahamic religions.
JD Shah told the PM that the main reason for India's defeat in past year was non-cooperation on part of the Muslims in the North-Western region. They supported Russian forces and thought of them as their liberators. Therefore, their treason was the main reason for Russian success. Hence, he suggested saving precious ammo for Hindus who will fight the Russians and make a separate regiment for Muslims andother people, who will be sent as the 1st wave for direct hand-to-hand combat with the Russians (There will be maximum casualties here and will have no such loss to Indian armed forces). PM Modi accepted his suggestions.
Enter — Ishitaben, Romanullah Khan
He sent his family far from the battle in Bengal region. His daughter didn't have the same hatred towards other as his father. In fact, she was secretly dating an intelligent, witty and liberal Muslim, Romanullah Khan. Romanullah told Ishita that he has decided to volunteer to join the Indian army and would have to leave soon. This saddened Ishita as she knew what was happening in Panipat region. She did everything to convince Romanullah to not to go to the front. But, Romanullah refused and told her it was his duty to fight for the country. Soon, he left and joined sniper division of the Indian army.
Disheartened, Ishita also decided to join the army. But, her mom and dad refused to give her their permission. She then decided to run away and soon applied for sniper division (with Muslim name 'Izha Sheikh'). Romanullah was shocked out of his wits to see her in training camp but was happy that Ishita decided to support his decision.
15th March 1942 (Place: Outskirts of Sonipat)
Ishita and Romanullah excelled in their training and were sent to the front. J.D Shah went to meet the newly recruited snipers of Indian army before they were actually sent to the front. He was startled to see Ishita there and confronted her. Ishita told him it was her decision to take a stand for the nation and that she will not back out. J.D Shah knew he couldn't convince her, so he had now decided to transfer her out of the sniper division to a field hospitalas a security guard.
But, he was bewildered when he couldn't find her name in the sniper division list. And then sent Aman Kashyap, one of the best agents of RAW, to bring the report of Ishita. He soon found out about Ishita's new identity 'Izha Sheikh' and her romance with Romanullah Khan. He then reported back to JD about Romanullah. J.D got so enraged that he asked Aman to kill Romanullah.
Ishita meanwhile knew that her father now knew of her presence would try to get her transferred and in this process, he will get to know about her fake identity and Romanullah. Therefore, she alerted Romanullah and became vigilant to thwart any assassination plan.
On 31st March, Aman attacked Romanullah in the darkness of night. But, he failed to kill him as Ishita stabbed him instead.
Ishita was now convinced that her father was behind the attack and convinced Romanullah that they should volunteer for rifleman corps (1st wave which would be sent as cannon fodder for hand-to-hand combat as decided by JD Shah). Taking benefit of their Muslim identity, both joined 96th Riflemen corps. And, soon Operation Vijay was launched by the Indian army on the 6th of April.
Ishita and Romanullah were in among the first boats that would cross the Yamuna to attack Russians. Ill-armed they saw massive casualties amongst their comrades. Somehow, they survived their 1st wave attack and were now being sent for the 2nd attack on a district center in Panipat region.
Soon, J.D Shah got to know about Aman and was infuriated with Romanullah. He concluded it was Romanullah who killed his best agent and now is after his daughter. His already hostile approach towards the Muslim community angered him even more. He now decided to make his deputy, Pranav Swaraj, in charge of the operation, whilehe went to Panipat to look for his daughter. He decided that he would kill Romanullah himself.
15th April 1942
J.D Shah reached Panipat. He interacted with his Generals there. While he didn't tell them directly about the situation thinking it will harm his reputation, he tried to get information from the Generals indirectly. But, soon found it pointless because no one knew who all got killed in last 10 days as the no. of dead were in tens of thousands.
Accompanied by his best soldiers he went from building to building to look out for his daughter and to track down Romanullah.
On 22nd April, Russian forced decided to launch a massive counter-attack. On learning this, J.D Shah was shattered and went back to Panipat HQ. For the first time in his life, he prayed to God for his daughter's safety. He knew that the only way to get to know about his daughter was to search for her in the field hospitals. Majority of the injured soldier had been brought to Samalkha Field Hospitals.
26th April 1942
Massive destruction, building to building operations were begun by the Russians. and Ishita and Romanullah were hiding in one of such building. In order to bring these soldiers out of their rooms, Russians began killing civilians in the city. They gathered 100s of such civilians in a park and locked them down in a wooden room. Flamethrowers were called to burn the room.
While this was happening, Ishita, Romanullah and the others were watching all of it from their building. Ishita got so enraged that she decided to go for the final showdown. Romanullah tried to control her but all in vain. Soon, Ishita shot that flamethrower with her sniper rifle and then ran towards the Russians. Following her, all the Indians came out of their building to gofor a hand-to-hand combat.
A brutal brawl erupted between the Russians and Indians. In between this fighting, Ishita saw a Russian captain pointing his gun towards Romanullah. She ran towards them came in the line of fire. Instead of Romanullah, she got shot by the Russian. Romanullah instantly severed the Russian’s head and took Ishita in his arms. While Ishita was happy that she was dying for the nation and had saved her love, Romanullah decided to take her to the field hospital.
While taking her to the hospital, Romanullah was hit by a mortar losing his left leg and an arm. His comrades carried both of them to the hospital. Soon, JD Shah got to know about Ishita and her condition. Doctors told him that she needed a heart transplantation or otherwise, she would die. JD Shah was devastated and he broke down. He realized it was his atheistic attitude for which God was now punishing him. He prayed for her whole day.
Soon a good news came to him, a patient was ready to donate his heart for his daughter. He thanked God for his mercy and decided to meet that patient. It was none other than Romanullah. Romanullah who had already lost his leg, an arm and right eye decided to die in peace while saving his love.
JD Shah was ashamed of himself now. He was shocked to see a Muslim guy donating his heart to his daughter. He apologized to Romanullah for his views about their community. Romanullah told him, "Religions are not inherently good or evil, it’s the people who make up these religions. And there are bad apples in every basket. So, don't waste your life over such things". J.D Shah was convinced.
Soon, Romanullah's heart was transferred to Ishita. And, Ishita recovered. She was awarded the ParamVeer Chakra for her bravery and she gave that medal to Romanullah's family for his courageous actions.
J.D Shah now decided to change the whole war strategy and decided to make mixed regiments from all communities. Indian forces soon drove the Russians out of India and in 1945 captured Moscow, thereby defeating Russian Fascists.
Meanwhile, one-day Ishita realized that she was pregnant. A child born out of her union with Romanullah. In 1943, Shehzaan was born. And, now in 2001, Ishita told Shehzaan about her real father. Shehzaan was now heartbroken after hearing it.
