I know you are in not mood to read any regular and ordinary story. I want to tell you a story you would have never imagined. This is about a tribe in a village and their rare custom which caused death of hundreds of villagers.
I am Sourav and I am from a remote village in down south of India. Our village is very small with less than 200 houses, where every one knows each other. We are mainly dependent on agriculture for livelihood. Any festival we all celebrate together. But there is only one festival only family along with 2 other families celebrate and still we invite all village for dinner.
As usual like every year, our family festival came and we all are very eager to enjoy. I am studying B.Com 2nd year and stay in hostel. For this festival me along with all our cousins planned to surprise my family to come at same time. All of our cousins started from their places to native and planned to meet at the nearest popular location to our village which is just 15 km away. Everyone reached on time, we finished dinner at restaurant and started to our village.
The night we expected and night written by god is entirely different. We have never thought a day like this arrive in our lives. The surprise we planned became a shock to us.
We reached our village bus stop at night 9:45 PM and from there we should walk 15 mins. Since it is night time usually there won`t be any transportation. We started walking....
When we are nearing our homes, we expected all lights will be on and also decorated with additional lights. Except our mobile flash every thing is dark and the more we are nearing our village the more the darkness andmore calmness. There is something bad vibes in all our minds and our hearts beating so fast. From that dark there is light coming close to our side. We all stopped for second and my cousin started taking video and zooming it, the visual we all saw is still in our minds and will never go away from our minds. There are more than 50 Hyenas eating human bodies and controlled by horrible looking humans. I don`t know whether they are humans or anything else. The way they are reacting is, as though they won against war and these hyenas are brutal and just biting necks of human. They are nearing to us, we immediately switched of our flashes and started running back. In this fear we did not observe 2 of our cousins are missing. We are clueless about what`s happening around. We don`t have time to breath also.
My cousin again started video and now we see they are moving far away from our side and stopped and dancing in different manner. Few of us started looking for our cousins in jungle side and few to main road side towards bus stop. We are not shouting out of fear. It is been 30 mins, we are not able to find, we do not even know how deep we went into jungle. We were thinking of going back and started walking back. Suddenly we hear sound of horn and stopped quietly. We again hear the sound and started walking towards sound. When we are walking close towards sound, we saw lights of fire and started walking slowly. We slowly walked towards and so many bushes around. We removed the bushes and saw a very small village with giant people with all most 15 feet hight. I have never saw suchtall people. We are just feeling like our world went up side down. Horrible part is they are keeping all our family members in a row on rocks and ready to cut their necks. We have only two choices now, to go back and live or to move forward and die along with family. By looking at them and there is no hope we can save our family.
Questions in our mind are who are they...?? and what are they doing...?? where are we...?? what are we going to do...??? ? Many questions unanswered.....!!!!
