In the garden area.....

"Mr. Johnson, I have no idea what you are talking about and who he is .."

"Really...... He is Henry Johnson, as you already know."

"Henry Johnson??.. So he is from the Johnson family?.. You mean he is your brother?"

Mr. Johnson walked towards me with an angry look. I started to take steps back.

Just then, Mr. Clark arrived.

"Mr. Johnson, there is something I need to report."

"Say it." Mr. Johnson shouted.

"Ms. Song, please wait for us in the lounge. Hope you don't mind."

"No, not at all." I thanked Mr. Clark in my heart and left quickly.

"Mr. Johnson, I think we made a mistake."

"Mistake?"

"Yes, regarding Ms.Song."

"What?"

"The person whom Mr.Henry Johnson wants to plant by your side isn't Ms.Song. She is Ellie Merlyn. She just met Mr. Henry at the lounge."

"How did this happen?"

"When our informer was taking the picture at the company, Ms.Song happened to be present along with Ellie. Hence, we mistook her for Mr. Henry's spy."

"Then why did she agree to sign the documents?"

"She was present for the interview under Mr.Phillip. She thought it was just a change in the department and signed the documents."

"Then I guess she designed those drafts without any ulterior motives." Mr. Johnson said. The voice seems to be a bit polite when compared to earlier.

"Yes, Mr. Johnson."

"Ok. Just keep a check. Ensure that Henry doesn't harm her."

"Sure, Mr. Johnson."

After sometime.....

"It is already 10, did Ms.Song leave?"

"I am not sure, Mr. Johnson. I haven't seen her since she left the garden area. Let me call her. ...

"Hello, Ms.Song."

"Hello, Mr.Clark"

"Have you left?"

"No, Can I leave ?"

Mr. Johnson made a sign to Clark

"Ms.Song, we are waiting at the lounge. Please come over."

"Sure, I will be there in 5 minutes."

As I came back, I could see Mr. Johnson with a cold face.

"Sorry, Mr. Johnson for keeping you waiting."

" Ms.Song, it's late. Do you have anyone coming to pick you up?" Mr. Clark asked.

"No. I will take a taxi."

"Recently there have been a lot of crimes happening and it's not safe to go alone. Just get in the car. Will give a ride." Mr.Johnson spoke in a steady tone and left.

"Ms.Song, since the boss has spoken.. please.." Mr. Clark said.

I had no other option, but to follow them.

Mr.Johnson seemed to be asleep at the back, while Mr.Clark and I were in the front.

"Ms.Song, You weren't around. We thought you left." Assistant Clark said.

"Nothing, I was just roaming here and there."

"Din't your boyfriend come to pick you up?"

"Boyfriend?"

"Yeah, the guy who dropped you on the first day of work. Isn't he, your boyfriend?"

"No, no.. he is my childhood friend. He just dropped me that day as it was my first day at work, and didn't want to be late."

"Oh. He could have picked you up today early."

"He isn't in town. Else, I would have asked him to pick me up."

"Ms.Song, we have arrived."

"Thank you, Mr. Clark. and sorry for the trouble."

"Don't be polite. It's Ok."

"I will buy you a coffee on Monday."

"Sure, that works..."

"Ok, Bye..."

As I leave... Mr. Johnson said with his eyes closed.

"It seems you are quite close to Ms.Song."

"Mr.Johnson, I just wanted to make her feel at ease. Today's events might have scared her."

"You seem to have a lot of time to care for others."

"Sorry, Mr. Johnson."

"Drive to the villa in the east city."

"Yes. Mr. Johnson."

After the day's events, I hoped to take a good rest over the weekend. I fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed.

My phone started to ring in the middle of the night.

"Hello..." I picked up with a sleepy head.

"Iva... asleep so soon?"

"Who is it?"

"Come on. It's not yet 12. Do you accept my proposal?"

"Proposal......PAT!!!!!"

I woke up in shock.

I started to look around and found that I was still in the Song Mansion.

I had the pendant right beside me on the bed.
