As My Body Is Free, So Am I

As a child, before the age of 13 years old, John was one of the most healthiest kids around to have ever lived. He ate his vegetables and fruits consistently, and he also ate with a conscious mind, when it came to certain things, like sweet food and processed foods and salty food, and he was exercising regularly as well.

It was thought that John was a natural health conscious man, as he kept his health up to par, day after day after day, but there was indeed a dark truth to this, which would come to ruin John’s life, and could have almost ruined his entire lifetime too.

The dark truth, was that John by his own volition, didn’t like that lifestyle at all, as it was forced upon him by his step mother, who was a health nut gone to the extreme, and by extreme, she went too far, too many times on the whole spectrum of healthy living, and it was when John turned age 13, that she died from her actual vain healthy lifestyle, and died in a brutal way too (Which will not be disclosed here.), and although she was his step mother, John did not love her at all, due to her forcing this healthy lifestyle facade upon him, and it was from here + after her funeral, that John chose to spite her in the worst way possible, but in a way that would come to only hurt himself, even more than he originally thought it would.

9 months after his step mother’s funeral, John gradually and brazenly began to rebel against his healthy lifestyle, by overindulging in a lot of sweet food and salty food and processed food, drinking sodas and energy drinks, by the dozens upon dozens
upon dozens upon dozens, every single week, without any restraint, or for the lack of care thereof, and he also developed a bad habit of eating sweet food, for breakfast and lunch and dinner, eating a lot of bagels and donuts and sugar buns and spiced buns and candy and wine cakes and etc, by the amount of (40 + 40 + 40 + 40.), every single month, and also as well, he developed a lazy attitude, and a hatred for cooking at home, which is why he graduated to being a food wise spendthrift, which meant that John became so anti towards eating proper foods and simpler foods + even cooking itself, that over 70%, to even 90% of his money, went towards those unholy and unhealthy foods, and moving from the physical aspect of things food wise, John also created other negative habits, such as staying up late to a fault, binge watching jealousy charged gossip shows and sleazy soap operas and mind dulling sitcoms, drinking too much alcohol, blazing up that pipe full of ganja, and many other things of a more worse scale, but although this was fun and all for John, at that time, those 26 years came back with brutal force, to haunt him and humble him down, and it was here, where John faced fate at its’ worst.

In his 40’s and 50’s, John began to become sick and ill, and he was in and out of hospitals, rapid fire, like a parent who had to visit his child’s school too often, because the child was unruly, and John suffered a lot of things, like they were the norm, such as heart attacks, black outs, strokes, bouts of incessant depression, scar producing suicide attempts, internal bleeding, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney failure, cancer, and
many more things.

It was in his 50’s, that John almost had his limbs amputated the most times, and that number was 59 times too, so John was still a man being given divine mercy, being given time to get himself together, and it was after he fell into a coma at age 59, which lasted 7 straight years, due to his nervous system and mental system, both being too weak to bounce him back into the land of consciousness, that John decided to take a serious review of his life, and also get to the root of his deeper issues, which fueled this “wicked” lifestyle of his too.

Firstly, after John woke up from his 7 years long coma, and saw that most of his family members abandoned him, and also saw that most of his life’s goals were never realized and materialized, he was indeed infuriated, as he punched the wall countless times, but after calming himself down from tiredness, and instead of pointing fingers and being a man child, he began to do a lot of inner work, a lot of soul searching, having to dig deeper than what was deep enough, just to find the true root/s of his issues, and it didn’t take him a long time to figure that out either, to his shock.

John realized that it was his hatred for his step mother, that was the reason for the way he lived in his teens and young adult years + in his thirties and forties and fifties as well, and after knowing of this to be the main root, John had to take 4 months out of the year, just to forgive her through and through, with a lot of consistency, which was unlike his more foolish self of old, as she did a lot
of things, other than forcing him into a healthy lifestyle, that he didn’t want earlier on in his life, and after he did that “superhuman” feat, he then moved onto fixing most of the other habits, which were far more easier to fix, than the root of all this dark stuff, which caused John to become a well disciplined and self disciplined and self caring and self loving man, and this took him over 3 years and 7 months to do, after he left the hospital.

After John fixed all of those things, that were on the surface, he, on one rainy and windy night, had to sit at his desk in his study, and draft out a (5 year plan + 10 year plan.), reevaluating and reexamining and reeducating himself on fitness and health + his own fitness and health too, and after sitting there for 4 hours, and continuing 2 hours extra, John realized that he had a long way back to being at full health, properly, and that he was sold a false gospel about healthy living by his stepmother, and that he had to customize his fitness and health regime to suit him personally, in a way that had passion behind it, and after coming to these realizations, in deep meditation (Not the new age type, more like the biblical type.), John went on to create his best life ever.

After 29 years of living a healthy lifestyle and having a fitness regime, once again, which he had full control over, and which he loved with an infinite passion, and which he had no problem striving to stick to, from age 66, John was the healthiest man and person alive, at the age of 95, an age where most old people would be bound to the rocking chair
or the wheelchair or the couch or the sofa, and needing a walker or a walking cane to get around.

John was 389 lbs of raw muscle, could jog or run or speed walk for over 18 miles and more, jump and go over some tall walls, and all other stuff, and he was free of all his diseases (To his shock.), except diabetes, which he used as a fuel, to drive himself to keep going forward into his new life, which showed that John learned a lot about the power of perception too.

John was also able to lift 3,000 lbs, and then 4 years later, at the age of 99, he was able to lift over 5,000 lbs + carry it and walk with it and throw it too, and this was astonishing, but John had no clue that he was this strong, and was blind to it, and the reason why, was that unlike his stepmother, who was excessively focused on the aesthetics and the outward benefits alone, John was infinitely more focused on the inward benefits, and the quality of his heart towards his new life + its’ improvement overall, and its’ improvement over time as well.

Although this was unexpected and contradictory, it truly showed what type of life John had to be living, to please God himself somehow, as John ended up dying at the age of 185 years old, which was grace and mercy unleashed and granted indeed, and he died in his sleep, as it was the most fitting way for him to die, seeing as how he never got proper sleep for 53 years of his lifetime.

Although John got his true start in life late, he was nonetheless given a grand and honorable send off, by the community and the state, and because of
the countless amount of accolades and achievements and successes that he had, as a minister of the gospel + as an evangelist, and as a health practitioner and health analyst and health adviser and other related occupations in health, which were like 1,000 items on over 29 Christmas lists, John’s eulogies had to be shortened down by a huge margin (Sadly.), but one thing was for sure, John died making good use of his life, and he showed upcoming elderly people, that they don’t have to suffer the ill effects of their past unhealthy lifestyles, for the rest of their lives, like he was going to.

He also showed the youth, that whatever bad lifestyles they lived in their young years, will always come back to haunt them and repay them in their old age, and he also showed others, that just because you were sold a lie early in life, it doesn’t mean that you have to afflict yourself further, by still living that lie as a lifestyle, and John’s lifetime taught people so many great lessons, that he became a cultural icon, and now, after 300 years of his death, he is still relevant in this day and age, and because of his example at a late age, that is the reason why most people are choosing to live a proper life and lifestyle today.
