Aria is a beautiful and hardworking maid serving Princess Athelia of Cassius Kingdom. Despite her beauty, Aria remains largely ignored by potential suitors due to her low-born status and her dedication to the princess. Meanwhile, Princess Athelia is infatuated with Issius, the kingdom's famed army commander, renowned for his bravery and respected even by the king. However, Issius secretly loves Aria, not the princess, and the two often meet in secret to express their feelings.

During a visit to Issius with Aria, Princess Athelia notices a silent exchange between the two and becomes suspicious. Driven by jealousy, she decides to investigate and eventually discovers their hidden romance. Furious and feeling betrayed, she starts plotting to end their relationship and claim Issius for herself.

Princess Athelia eventually confesses her love to Issius in a private meeting, promising him the king's throne if he agrees to marry her. Blinded by ambition and greed, Issius accepts her offer, willing to abandon Aria for the chance at power. To seal her plan, Athelia enlists the help of a witch to create a cursed potion, one that would transform anyone it touches into a beast. She hands the potion to Issius, instructing him to pour it on Aria at their next meeting.

When Aria and Issius meet in their usual secluded spot, Issius coldly reveals his intentions to claim the throne by marrying Athelia, even though it would be an act of treason. Shocked and heartbroken, Aria tries to flee, but Issius seizes her and pours the curse potion on her. Aria's body contorts in agony as she transforms into a terrifying creature: her lower body becomes that of a snake, while her upper body takes on a human-like form covered in scales, with her hair turning into venomous snakes. Beside her appears a bow and a set
of arrows, symbolizing her transformation into a creature of vengeance.

On the same day, Princess Athelia poisons the king, clearing the way for her marriage to Issius. During the wedding and coronation ceremony, as the priests bless their union, Aria - now a powerful, vengeful beast - emerges from hiding. Her arrival causes chaos as those who meet her glowing eyes turn instantly to stone statues. Panic spreads through the crowd as Aria seeks out Athelia. With her bow and arrow, she aims directly at the princess, turning her into stone upon impact. Issius commands the army to stop her, but they, too, are petrified by her deadly gaze.

With her vengeance fulfilled but knowing she can never return to her human form, Aria disappears into the kingdom, haunting its grounds and becoming a figure of legend. Her story spreads across neighboring lands, and she is soon revered as the Goddess of Vengeance. Her likeness, symbolizing wrath against betrayal and greed, becomes a protective emblem to ward off corrupt minds.
