A colony of red ants used to dwell at a nest located deep inside a forest. Among the ants, Ben, Tony and Alice were close to the queen ant named Antha. The trio executed every task with sincerity whenever Antha ordered.
Every morning, Antha woke up from her sleep and instructed others to get ready for the day. She held prayer session for infusing hope among the rest before starting the day.
The prayer session was followed by a group meet where smart ways of procuring food were taught. After the meet, the ants departed for the task with Ben, Tony and Alice as their commanders.
Earlier days passed smooth. The forest was dense with lots of juicy shrubs and fruit trees. The battalion used to climb the trees, traverse the branches, reached the fruits and munched till their hunger was satisfied. They also brought food for their queen ant while returning home.
However, days became harder with men casting deforestation spells for promoting the urbanization drives. The ants lost their home. They had to find a new shelter.
They travelled for a few days and reached the house of a peasant named Billy, a kind hearted person. Antha ordered Ben to find a suitable spot in the garden where they could set up their new home. The safe place was spotted and the ants settled fast. There was plentiful food around and the ants spent their days happily.
One day, Billy was strolling in the garden. He was surprised to see the ants holding their eggs and parading to their nest. He decided to feed the ants with sweets every day. Every morning, Billy brought puddings, pastries or porridge and left the eatables in front of the nest. The ants enjoyed the feast in lavish spread.
One midnight,the ants heard Billy shouting in grief. A burglar broke into the house. The looter was about to flee with the valuables. Antha said, "Billy is in trouble. He takes care of us without levying a fee. We must rescue him" she then ordered for an attack. The ants ran fast as much they could and bit the thief. The burglar cried in pain, dropped the valuables and fled from the house. Billy felt the respite and thanked the ants for saving him from becoming a pauper.
