Major problem people are facing these days is depression and it has increased even more during the covid times as they are losing their loved ones and not feeling ok. They know they will be okay but not today and probably not tomorrow. Feeling down and not wanting to do anything is perfectly ok sometimes but feeling hopeless, down, confused, changes in the mind, feeling irritated, anxiety are all the symptoms to identify that you are going through a tough time. Most importantly nowadays people are lonely they don't have people to share their feelings with or even if they have they cannot no matter how much the person is close to you and if someone takes a stand for his/her mental health it is regarded as an excuse. Believe me, we are not faking it, this is what we are going through and we really need someone to just hear us, to console us and not being opinionated during that time. I know guys this is difficult, extremely difficult rather. There are many misconceptions people have about depression. They think it can only happen to you when you are in 20s maybe because of you are not settled in career, not able to find a match, after domestic violence etc but no guys it can happen to anyone at any age. Even a 7 years old can go through it. Depression is not about outside, it's about inside. People can appear to be happy, smiling but you actually don't know the story behind their smile so please don't disrespect them. If you cannot help then please leave them as they are instead of causing more problems in their life. Depression is different for everyone. For some it's like when they feel life is not going anywhere, for some it's
hopelessness, for some it's like they have a lot to tell but no one close to them to listen, it can be like anything. It varies. Depression is like having an anxiety attack even if you dropped a glass of water. Yes guys it's damn dangerous. It can make people go to the extreme step that is suicide. It is like a feeling to cry all the time. It is like to live alone every time and not wanting to interact with anyone not even friends, family, parents etc. Loving someone in depression is extremely hard, you don't feel that you even love anyone. You feel that you are selfish. It is not fun, it's not a game, it's not something cool rather it's very poisonous. Believe me, it's ok to cry, it's ok to be weak, we all are humans not machines. You are not bulletproof, you have feelings too. You can get hurt and you will in the course if you life. Please stop pretending that you are okay when you are not. Unmask yourself, unmask your personality and show the real you. It's ok to feel empty. This society have made a very big issue of depression that " ohh, it's not real, its just in trend" but in reality it is so damn serious. Not everyone can come out of it. It's like a very muddy swamp, if you fall into it, you will continue to go deeper and then people find so room to escape and come back to their normal life. It causes loss of interest in life, in all the various paths of life. You feel depressed mostly in morning till evening then you get a little better but still wants to be alone.

Guys take it seriously. If you like to be alone
find a medium through which you can feel happy. Though it will not be easy in starting but then slowly slowly increase that activity time. I know you will feel lazy, lethargic but you have to come out of this shit. Meditation is the best remedy. Take out your frustation while working out, listen to motivational videos, songs etc, eat healthy.

If no one believes in you remember you should do. YOU CAN COME OUT OF THIS TRAP AND YOU WILL.

All the very best for your new journey of starting a new life and don't forget to share your experience to motivate and helps others to come out of this.

Thank you guys for reading this and I hope I motivated you all to start.
