I usually stop to take a brief look at these notices whenever I visit Asgar Market, and I followed my routine this time as well. On the first column, I noticed a "Wanted by Police" notice featuring a fair-skinned, Nepalese-looking man wearing a tall cap shaped like the frustum of a cone. The notice read:
