In a small village where everyone shared each other's joys and sorrows, the sanctity of Ramadan brought people together. On one end of the village lived a poor fasting man named Karim. His life was far from easy. Whatever he earned from working all day was just enough to sustain his family. But during Ramadan, he fasted to seek Allah's pleasure, and at Iftar time, he held onto one hope - that someone would offer him a little food.

One day, after working all day, Karim wandered around searching for something to break his fast. Unfortunately, no one gave him anything that day. The time for Iftar arrived, and all Karim had was a glass of water. He prayed silently, *"O Allah, I place my trust in You. You alone are the Provider."*

At that very moment, a stranger appeared before him. The man held a small packet and extended it toward Karim, saying, *"Brother, take this. Break your fast."* Karim, stunned, accepted the packet. Inside were dates, fruits, and a little water. Tears welled up in his eyes. He looked at the stranger and asked, *"Who are you? Where did you come from?"*

The man smiled softly and replied, *"I am just a traveler. By Allah's mercy, your Iftar has been arranged today."* With that, he left. The joy on Karim's face was beyond words. He thanked Allah in his heart and, in that sacred moment, realized how vast His mercy truly is.

From that day onward, a new hope ignited in Karim's life. He understood that Allah's mercy is always with us - we only need to trust Him. Through that stranger, Allah taught him that help can come from the most unexpected places.

This story isn't just Karim's - it belongs to all of us. During Ramadan, we don't just fast; we show love and compassion to one another. Just as the stranger brought a moment of light into Karim's life, even our small efforts can ignite joy in someone's heart.
