There once was a girl named Jolie. Jolie was an incredibly young vibrant beautiful soul who had a narcissistic father named Bob. Bob was extremely popular back in his day Bob was very humorous, but Bob had a very dark narcissistic side to him that nobody knew besides Jolie. Jolie did not start witnessing her father's narcissistic ways until she got to her early twenties. Jolie had a wonderful but terrible teenage hood, but it was such a very blissful 20 years. Jolie was incredibly fun, but I would not call Jolie popular. Jolie had a certain spark about her that people was very curious about. When Jolie was in her teenage years she suffered from slight seizures until she got into her early twenties that is when her seizures were slowly decreasing Julie was very caring compassionate and very empathetic Julie was all about her work nothing fazes her. Back on the other hand Bob, her father saw that Jolie was very hardworking and he smelled the vulnerability of his own daughter and her pockets. Wow Jolie's father Bob who had two other kids to be taken care of he thought that asking for jollies money was going to help him and his other family out. Jolie during that time did not see the narcissistic ways until further notice and this is where the whole story begins. During the time Jolie was trying to get her own car she was working doubles back-to-back while working such hectic shifts. Jolie work environment was not the greatest, but she needed enough money to afford the car that she wanted even though the car that she got was not up to her expectations. Jolie remained positive and delt with the car and was still happy. According to her own narcissistic father Bobhe said oh you need to have enough money to afford your car and pay your own bills but gaslighting her knowing that he wanted her money as well Bob on the other hand took jollies car to go visit his brother Sean because his brother Sean lived in Newark NJ. Sean was into the whole narcissistic energy with his brother Bob as well. Bob did not feel like he did anything wrong because Jolie was his daughter and he felt like he was - entitled to drive her brand-new car now Jolie had to work a double during this day but still let her dad use her car brand new with no miles. While Jolie was at work her father called and told her that he was on his way back leaving her car with chicken crumbs in the back seat from her little brother and noticing grease stains on her steering wheel Jolie was extremely furious because her brand-new car was extremely filthy. From giving Bob $100 to $200 to $300 to even $800 to make peace with her father Bob because her little sister was an AAU kids basketball player, and he needed money for her camp it was obviously Jolie's responsibility. Doing the time Jolie was very depressed she did not know what to do because she did not have anybody to talk to cause she felt that nobody understood her. Jolie dished out at least $2000 and lump sums to make her family comfortable. Around the fall season Jolie and her family had to move out because of mold and pests' infestations. Bob decides to ask Jolie for $2500 to move into this nice, beautiful townhouse. It took about literally four years to repay Jolie her $2500 back on many occasions Bob constantly asked Joliefor money here and there and pay her back when he could Jolie on the other hand had to pay her car notes monthly and pay her father rent which was not the issue. There was times where Bob would asked Jolie for money to take care of her little brothers and sisters for school and sometimes Jolie spoke up for herself and told her father no while her father decides to bash her and say if it wasn't for him then she wouldn't have a place to stay. Things got worse ! The more Jolie decided to pick up more hours for work her father felt entitled to take half of her money because he thought that Jolie was responsible to take care of her siblings Jolie was not responsible to take care of her siblings she felt very financially abused from Bob and Bob didn't feel any kind of way at all. Do I know you're 2023 Jolie decides that she wants to buy her own apartment but realized that her family wasn't really happy for her Bob decides to tell Jolie that her siblings need new clothes and books supplies for school which hell Jolie back from getting her own apartment and the meanwhile her father Bob would say little things to Jolie like "ohh you're getting fat you're never going to have a man" you know just saying little smart comments to get under her skin thinking it was funny but it was really tearing Jolie self-esteem down. Jolie suffered from extreme panic attacks, verbal abuse, mental abuse, in financial abuse from her own toxic father Bob. Bob did not know that he was destroying his own daughter. Bob had a strong hold on his daughter Jolie but Jolie realized that she had the power inthis whole situation. Jolie remained positive, she remained focused, elevated herself and got herself a better paying job even though the jobs that Jolie does get, they tend to have toxic ways about them, but she remains the beautiful vibrant soul that she is. Now, the year of 2024 Jolie is now in a better position. She is going to school for registered respiratory therapy (RRT), and she is doing better mentally than she ever has been before. PSA for all my beautiful people that have narcissistic parents do not let them hold you back! Be the reason your narcissistic parents make wonderful people like you become successful.
