She wakes up every morning to a mess. A woman with two small children and a lazy husband. A constant state of stress. Between getting the children fed, off to school, taking the dogs out to work full time. Only to come home to a disaster of a house. Her house no longer feels like home. It feels like a dump. She is living in a dump.

Dirty floors, double sinks full of dishes, piles of laundry. This mom is stressed. She is angry. She is frustrated. She feels like she is going to blow up. Blow up at her husband. Her lazy husband.

She often questions, "How can you not see this mess" and his response is always the same, "It's too hard to do anything with the toddler around." She doesn't understand how she can accomplish little things with that same toddler around and why he cannot.

She not only wants the help around the home, but needs it. She is driving herself to burn out. Burning out is not an option. Her children need her. She is the reason the children have semi normal lives with routine and structure. As she feels herself sinking into a depression from overload she is going to explode on her lazy husband.
