I was excited because I got promoted from 6th grade to 7th grade. But there was a problem - I had to pay a registration fee of 10 rupees.

My dad had passed away, and my mom was struggling to make ends meet. She asked me why I looked worried. I told her about the admission and the fee.

She smiled and said, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it." She reminded me that she had gotten married to my dad in 1955, and at that time, she was wearing a beautiful Banarasi saree.

She decided to sell that saree to pay for my school fee. I was sad to see her sell something so precious, but she was determined to give me a good education.

Thanks to her sacrifice, I was able to pay the fee and continue my studies. I'm forever grateful to my mom for her love and support.
