Lily was a 15-year-old girl who felt like she didn't belong anywhere. In high school, she often felt invisible, drifting through the hallways, unnoticed by her classmates. She wasn't popular, she didn't excel at sports, and she was shy, which made her feel even more isolated.

One day, while walking home, she saw a girl sitting alone at the park. The girl looked upset, and Lily's heart went out to her. Although she wasn't the most confident person, she felt like she should do something. Gathering her courage, she walked up to the girl and said, "Hey, are you okay?"

The girl, named Mia, had been crying because she had recently moved to town and was struggling to make friends. Lily listened to her and offered some comforting words. She didn't say much, but sometimes just listening is enough. From that day on, Lily and Mia became close friends.

Mia turned out to be funny, smart, and creative. Over time, their friendship gave Lily confidence she hadn't felt before. They supported each other in ways they never expected. Lily learned that sometimes, the people who feel invisible are just waiting for someone to see them. And when she finally allowed herself to be kind to others, she found herself too.
