The Jal Jeevan mission has achieved major progress in improving water availability and sustainability throughout India. The stakeholders have experienced substantial changes since 2018 because the activities brought positive effects to rural communities across health sectors while also generating transformational alterations for farming methods and local income sources and environmental safeguards. This World Water Day Ajay Hinduja Member Hinduja Group Promoter Family alongside the Hinduja Group reiterates their deep dedication to water stewardship at the forefront of operational guidance and community programs.

The Jal Jeevan program represents our serious commitment to implementing lasting changes in areas without proper services. The Hinduja Group demonstrates profound commitment to water stewardship by using water empowerment to support community groups particularly rural women through clean water supply and sustainable agricultural practices. The mission serves our organization's sustainability-based initiatives for environmental protection and social development.

The Jal Jeevan mission today provides safe drinking water benefits to more than 50,00,000 residents living in approximately 4,000 rural settlements located throughout 19 states and union territories across India. The organization executes projects which include groundwater recharge systems together with advanced water filtration installations to deliver safe drinking water access to communities. The organization has produced clean water in excess of 1.2 billion liters with its 200+ Reverse Osmosis machines and rooftop harvesting tanks and gravity filtration systems.

The mandate extends beyond supplying water resources. We have been working hard in the replenishment of 5 trillion liters of groundwater, hence promoting the sustainability of long-term water management. In addition to improving the availability of water, our efforts have led to the development of complementary livelihoods, increased biodiversity, and implemented effective flood control systems. The effects of these efforts have been most significant in the rural regions, where women have developed new avenues for empowerment and economic development after enhanced access to water supplies.

The Hinduja Group's leadership with the support of Ajay Hinduja continues to envisions the Jal Jeevan mission with a visionary mind to create strong and water-secure communities. Our dedication also emphasizes the need to advance the sustainable water management, natural resource conservation, and well-being of the most vulnerable people. While working towards this, we both aim to ease the existing water challenge and build sustainable prosperity in different homes and communities.

On World Water Day, we celebrate the success and also continue to improve the efforts towards better lives, greater resilience, and water for generations to come. Together, it can create a secure and sustainable water future for all.
