Once upon a time, in a kingdom far away, there lived a beautiful and kind-hearted princess named Kira. She was loved by all the people of the kingdom for her generosity and fairness.

One day, the kingdom was invaded by a fearsome dragon who kidnapped Princess Kira and took her to his lair in a distant mountain. The kingdom was in a state of mourning and despair, and everyone was afraid that they would never see their beloved princess again.

There was a little boy who dreamed of being a knight, his name was Jordan. He decided he alone would go to the mountain and rescue the princess. He was not afraid. Jordan was brave and cunning. If he could rescue the princess, then surely Queen Sonia would make him a knight.

He was determined to rescue Princess Kira and bring her back home. He and his trusty horse traveled through the dark forests where the wolves howled and most people dare not go. Jordan only stopped long enough to rest. He braved the rain and wind. Finally, after days, Jordan could see the mountain of fear in the distance. He knew he would have to be stealthy if he wanted to get to the dragons lair and rescue the princess. He climbed the mountain dodging falling rocks and avoiding venomous snakes. He quietly crept through the entrance to dragon's lair and found the dragon sound asleep. He could see the princess stranded on a ledge high above. Jordan climbed the wall of the cave and let the princess down with a rope he had brought. Before they could escape the cave the dragon awoke. The dragon saw the princess was escaping and began breathing fire. Jordan barely dodged the flames as he pulled his sword, leapt towards the dragon and cut off its head with one mighty swing of his sword. The dragon was fierce but it was no match for the brave and courageous Jordan. He helped the princess down the mountain and escorted her back to her castle.

Princess Kira was overjoyed to be rescued and she thanked Jordan with all her heart. The people of the kingdom greeted them with great joy and celebration.

Queen Sonia was overjoyed to have her daughter back and with much celebration and fanfare Jordan was knighted by the Queen.

Now Sir Jordan, He and Princess Kira were married in a grand ceremony, and they ruled the kingdom together, bringing peace and happiness to all the people. The story of Sir Jordan will be told to young and old for generations.

They all lived happily ever after.
