I opened my eyes and stretched for a bit before getting down on my knees to pray to thank the Lord for the job he has given me.

I'm so excited to be starting this new receptionist position on a cruise line , so I started to get things in place like pack up my suitcase get all my documents in order.

The time has come for me to catch my flight to New York to board the ship, After many hours on the plane I've finally landed. I came out of the terminal and saw this guy with a sign he came to pick me up, So I got into the car and then we left the airport to head to the pier.

It was a long ride there and then I saw the peak of the ship in the distance, I went through customs in order to get on the ship. Meet with the purser Julie where she told me everything I needed to know and then I was given a cabin.

They gave me a buddy to show me around the ship and where to go for trainings, get uniform etc. I had a roommate as well her name was Lizzy she was so nice to me but eventually that wasn't the case. After training I had to head back to work where everybody introduces they self to me, and some showed me what to do as well.
