The Perfect One

A sad reality of romance. "Not every story has a happy ending." Someone said it right. This story might hit you too bad or might not at all. There is no middle ground.

"If people started writing stories of everyone in this world instead of just the successful people then the ratio would be very frightening."

You finally decided that you would never fall in love again and you finally think too strongly that there is no one who's good enough for you. You see a lot of people everyday and you might like them but you don't get the strong love feeling with them. Granted that, if they proposed, you might have said "YES" but if they didn't, then it wouldn't matter much either.

Just when you feel calm in life, someone comes in. We all create a imaginary character in our mind of the perfect person in our mind. That Perfect person has some criterias. Criterias that are hard to fill by a random person in our small daily lives. Then, this person just appears out of nowhere. They fill the criterias a bit too much if not all.

You never felt this feeling before. The feelings called anxious, scared, LOVE. You have liked people but never felt this before. The feeling of losing them before even meeting them. The feeling of being rejected, The feeling of creating a good impression to them. You talk to people but you couldn't talk to them. You just feel like a bystander.

They might not even know that you exist. If that's the case then you are lucky, If they know that you exist and somehow both of you are friends, then you are unlucky. You are too anxious, scared, in love. Too much of these feelings that you don't have the courage to approach. You feel this negative feelings because of things like 'what if they don't like me back?', 'what if they already like someone else?', 'what if I am not good enough for them?' You are too scared to
approach them because of the result you think would happen. Heartbreak. They are going to leave your life. You found your person, the person you always wanted but you created this person so high in your eyes that you feel inferior to them now. What will you do?

You run. You are scared. You feel it is better to let them go, not to keep contacts with them. You feel that it's better to leave them knowing that it never worked out because you never approached. You feel that it's better to do this than to approach them and let your fear become reality. You got an excuse to say to yourself and make yourself feel better.

You feel disappointed, broken anyways knowing that the perfect person exists but you cannot reach them because of yourself. You Smile, laugh at yourself then shut your eyes when you fall asleep as the tears marks are visible on your eyes.
