The Arrival

Aryan arrives in the village of Jhalana, a remote settlement surrounded by dusty roads and vast, empty fields. The villagers are wary of him at first, as strangers never come here. When Aryan begins asking about the banyan tree, the villagers grow tense. The local school teacher, Saraswati, tells him that anyone who spends too much time near the tree begins to feel sick, see strange visions, and even vanish. The elders refuse to talk about it, and the village seems to have an unspoken rule: no one goes near the tree. But Aryan, driven by the mystery and the hope of uncovering a story, decides to stay.
