PAIN I FEEL

The hurt is real, this hurt is what I feel

When I awake in the night full of fright.

I wonder, well I ever see the light,

Because this night seems so long

I frown and began to drown in sad memories

and it makes me dread the night more.

I need help to ease the pain

Something to stop the hurt

Something or someone to dry the tears

I need a partner to drown out all the fears

When I look around no one is there to take me in

I wish there was someone, somewhere

anybody really because where I am is very chilly.
