Once upon a time, in a bright and beautiful jungle filled with tall trees, chirping birds, and colorful flowers, there lived a brave little girl named Zaynab. She loved the jungle with all her heart. She knew every tree, every vine, and was friends with the animals. She promised to always protect them.
But one day, something strange happened. The sky grew dark, and big clouds of smoke covered the sun. The jungle became cold and quiet. The trees drooped, the flowers stopped blooming, and the rivers slowed down. The animals were scared. They told Zaynab that a huge dragon named Sharoo had flown down from the mountains. Sharoo was angry because he thought the trees were stealing the sun's light. So, he started burning the jungle to let more sunlight in.
Zaynab wasn't scared. She packed her little backpack with a bottle of water, her shiny mirror, and her lucky stone. Then she climbed the tallest tree to find Sharoo. High in the sky, she saw the giant dragon flying with his huge wings, breathing hot flames.
"Stop, Sharoo!" Zaynab shouted bravely. The dragon turned around, surprised to see such a small girl yelling at him.
"Why should I stop?"Sharoo roared. "The sun can't shine properly because of all these trees. I'm helping by clearing them out!"
Zaynab thought for a moment. "You're wrong, Sharoo. The trees aren't blocking the sun. They actually help the earth by keeping it cool, clean, and full of life. Without trees, the sun would be too hot, and everything would dry up!"
Sharoo frowned. "Prove it!" he said, blowing little puffs of smoke.
Zaynab pulled out her shiny mirror. She held it up to the sun, and the light bounced off the mirror onto some dry leaves. In just a few seconds, the leaves started to smoke and almost caught fire!
"See, Sharoo?" Zaynab said. "Without trees to protect the ground, too much sun can burn everything, even without your fire. Trees don't steal sunlight they help keep the world just right."
Sharoo eyes grew wide. He had never thought about it that way.
Feeling sorry, Sharoo lowered his head. "I didn't mean to hurt the jungle. I just wanted to help."
Zaynab smiled kindly. "You still can help, Sharoo. Use your big wings to blow away the smoke and your warm breath to heat the cold places without burning anything."
Sharoo agreed. With one strong flap of his wings, he cleared the smoky sky. The sun shone again, warming the jungle. But this time, the trees, flowers, and rivers smiled too.
From that day on, Sharoo became the Protector of the Jungle, using his strength to keep the forest safe.
And Zaynab? She stayed brave, clever, and kind always ready for her next adventure.
The Lesson of the Story:
Being strong is good, but using your strength wisely and with kindness makes you a true hero.
