The clock ticked to 6. The sun faded, painting the sky with its remnant rays. Setting the perfect backdrop for soulful meets, the Juhu beach in Mumbai came to the life.

The food stalls at the beach spread the aroma while preparing lip smacking snacks in hot frying pans. The couples were seen walking along the shore holding each other's hand swinging in joy. Some were spotted hugging each other in sheer happiness.

Amidst the hustle, a man in 30s descended with hung face. He wore a pair of jeans, the shirt, somewhat creased and unbutton. He spent some time drawing a face on the sand. He focused more on the eyes; busy to make them live.

The artwork was followed by a write up beneath. The depressed guy uttered a few words and collapsed on the ground.

The visitors gathered. Queries were exchanged. Whispers filled the air. The words written on the sand touched the sympathizers from within.

"Dear Rosy,

The flowers add charm to a garden every spring. You turned my life into a garden with your arrival. I admired your sweet appeals when you expressed love by adding a dash of smile. That was evident from your dimples.

You showed me the light of hope and upliftment by standing beside me. I got some strength to live as a human.

Now, you are gone leaving me in dark. I won't put blame on you by respecting your sentiments, but, I was always yours. My soul will leave my body after some time, may infuse with yours in the ethereal space later.

Waiting for you

Amen!"

Eyes wide open, trying to capture a glimpse at the horizon. The red hues also subsided.
