Chapter 1

Pia was running on the road in a bridal lehenga with fear when she bumped into a guy who was standing near a car, trying to contact his assistant. He holds out his hand to steady her, asking if she is okay before realising she is in bridal attire.

Pia quickly explained that she was running away from her own wedding and needed help getting to safety.

The guy is shocked and says, "I can help you escape, but we need to act fast before anyone notices you're missing. Follow me." He quickly leads her to his car, and they speed off leaving Pia's unwanted wedding far behind. As they drove away, she felt a mix of relief and excitement at the prospect of starting a new chapter in her life. She couldn't believe how quickly things had changed, but she was grateful for the stranger who had come to her rescue.

Pia asked the guy why he helped her and what his name was. He smiles while driving the car, making his shirt proper then says, "I am Arjun Ahuja, a famous hero in this city. I couldn't just stand by and watch someone in distress, especially a beautiful woman like you."

Pia's heart skipped a beat at the mention of his name, feeling both grateful and intrigued by the mysterious hero who had saved her from a fate she didn't want. As they drove in silence, Pia couldn't help but wonder what other secrets Arjun Ahuja might be hiding behind his charming smile. She made a mental note to thank him properly once they reached their destination.

Arjun smiles and says, lingering in his hair, "Marry me, Pia. Actually, my bride Soha ran away from the marriage registration office the day before our wedding, and I need someone to fill her place. You owe me for saving your life, after all." Pia's eyes widened in shock at his unexpected proposal, unsure of how to respond to such a sudden request. She couldn't deny the strange pull she felt towards Arjun, but marriage was a commitment she wasn't sure she was ready for.

Pia says with anger, holding his hand, "Stop the car, and you think I will marry you. No way. For me, you are strange, and thanking you for help does not mean returning the favour; marrying you is not right. Marriage is a lifetime commitment." Pia's words cut through the tension in the car, leaving Arjun stunned by her refusal. He realised that his offer may have been too hasty, and he silently nodded in understanding as he continued driving.

Arjun says with anger, stopping the car on a vacant road at midnight, "You have to marry me; otherwise, I will make sure forcefully marry the guy whom you left at mandap."

Pia's eyes widened in shock at Arjun's threat, feeling a surge of fear and anger. She knew she had to stand her ground and not give in to his manipulation. Arjun says with an annoyed look, "See, I don't know your family background or what your reason is for running out of marriage ceremonies." But if you wish to work or complete your studies, I will support you and help you build a good career. You will have freedom, and only in front of all, you have to be my wife. So, how is the love deal?"

Pia hesitated weighing her options carefully. She knew that accepting Arjun's offer would mean sacrificing her independence, but it could also provide her with the opportunity to pursue her dreams without facing any repercussions from him.

After a moment of contemplation, she took a deep breath and replied, "I appreciate your offer, Arjun. Let's discuss the details of this 'Love Deal' further before making any decisions." Pia's response left Arjun feeling hopeful yet anxious, wondering if she would ultimately agree to his terms. He nodded in agreement and suggested they marry tomorrow morning at the courthouse to make it official.

Pia hesitated realising the gravity of the situation, but decided to go along with it for now to buy herself more time to think. Pia says in her mind, "My uncle and aunt chose a groom who was an alcoholic and had a casino habit of craziness. His two wives run away, and they want to get out of the house so that they can get Lina fashion clothes from me, which I will never let happen. Marrying Arjun seems beneficial, but he is a stranger, and he helped me, and he gives me the freedom to do what I want."

Pia knows that marrying Arjun may be her best option for escaping her current situation, despite the fact that he is a stranger. She appreciates the freedom he offers her to make her own choices and is willing to take a chance on him. She says to Arjun, holding his hand, "I may not know you well, but I trust you enough to take this leap of faith with you. Let's make our own path together, away from the confines of my past. I am ready to marry you, but under my conditions, we will stay as friends in private but in public as husband and wife."

Arjun looks into her eyes, understanding the weight of her words, and nods in agreement. He admires her courage and determination to carve out a new future for herself. Together, they embark on a journey filled with uncertainty, but they also hope for a better tomorrow.

Arjun reached his friend's house. His friend Harsh saw Pia and said, "Who is this girl? Wow, so beautiful. Aru, you marry her." Arjun smiles at Harsh's enthusiasm but replies, "She's a friend for now; let's see where things go. It means that Soha ran away because she didn't want to marry me. Pia is a replacement for her, which means I will marry Pia tomorrow morning. So, you bring her tomorrow morning to court and make her ready as my bride."

Pia blushes at the unexpected compliment and feels grateful for Arjun's support in their unconventional arrangement. Harsh nods in agreement and promises to help make Pia look her best for the wedding. Arjun saw Pia tense and fearful. He said, holding her hands, "Don't worry; everything will be fine. I'll be there with you every step of the way."

Pia looks up at Arjun with a mixture of relief and gratitude, feeling reassured by his words. Harsh also reassures Pia that he will be there to support her through the process, making her feel more at ease about the upcoming wedding. Pia smiles gratefully at both Arjun and Harsh, feeling lucky to have their unwavering support during this important moment in her life.
