Poverty Life
Hi everyone. I could not sleep , so I got up, and decided to write.
I am a lady who has worked very hard on her life. I overcame a Major amount of things in my life.
I was a drug addict, I was a Drinker, I was a Prostitute, and I did things in life that consisted of survival. I smoked cigarettes , and so much more.
I do not do these things today. I worked very hard. It was not a easy go, and I learned the hard way.
I did it without treatment , and used much faith in God. I went on a Journey in life that brought me to success .
I have had 7 years of one on one Council and 18 months of group council, anger management classes, sexual assault council, self worth classes, and many other things to better my self.
No drug treatment though. I got through my drug addiction, drinking and cigarette issue alone, with a bit of support from hospitals and a couple who took me in when I could not handle anymore on my own.
I am now a asset to my Country.
Though I have one major issue I have no where to live. One more thing to overcome you might say.
Not at all.
Why do I say not at all. Because it is not my issue to overcome. It is a issue for the system to overcome.
I did not put myself in this situation. Though I am blamed for it on a daily bases by people in Churches and in authority. This only tells me that those in authority , do not know what those issues are and have not come to terms of system issues.
I am not blaming anyone, and I am not saying anything against anyone. This is not a blaming issue. I do not expect people who do not live in poverty, or who have not experienced poverty to understand my situation, but I do expect that they learn from my experiences and take the time, to hear me out and use what they do have to help, make it easier to find ways of eliminating Poverty issues in our systems, called cracks. God calls it unlawful Laws and Statutes, ISAIAH 10.
As a lady living in poverty I am glad to be a part of being that example to those who do not know the facts. I help those who have not experienced my kind of life, and I work very hard giving to the Governments and Systems, to help them understand what issues are causing Poverty.
I also give ideas that can help make it a better place for people living in poverty. Because I have worked very hard and overcome, I now can, lead those without experience in our world.
It is very important that those in Leadership, in Governments and systems, and Churches , know what those issues are, in order to Govern , and Be Leaders in our world. Without you , our world would not function properly.
You are also assets to my life as a person living in Poverty. I love the authorities, and those in power very much. I believe that with my help and those living in Poverty, and those who conduct our world, applying the Laws in our world, we can work together , and create better avenues in our world, supporting one another .
As it stands right now. I am living in a Motel. I may have to move by February 1 2017 , because I have been here too long, and the Motel is losing money. They are making less, with a Monthly stay, then if they were to charge by the week. Therefore they may ask me to leave. This is a hardship. I can not find a place in that amount of time.
You may ask yourself well why not?
THIS IS WHY NOT.
1.My answer: The reason is, I have no job to pay me, and can not get hired.
2. I am a huge hard working lady, a volunteer in London Ontario, giving my time, love, kindness, and talents to society, but because I am not paid, I can not get by.
3. If I was to get a Job, I can not make anymore then 200.00 over my assistance income. Therefore I am stuck, unless I can find a Job, that pays me enough to get me off assistance.
4. My qualifications for a Job, are: Politics, Law, and Social. Proven by WIL RESOURCE CENTER , London Ontario, through a computer questionnaire of 100 questions. The computer at the end came out with those qualifications being my best. HIGH LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS.
5. With Qualification of Law, Politics, and Social , I can not get my GED, because I can not pay a tuition back to the Governments, or get a Grant.
6. I can not pay last Months rent for a Apt, and Hydro costs.
7. Because of these cracks of the systems, I have been put into debt.
8. Salvation Army gives loans, that we in poverty have to pay back.
9. Hydro subs for those on assistance only takes a small portion off to help.
These are just some cracks in Systems. How do we break those walls down?
So you see what the issues are. I now may end up on the streets unless someone gives me a helping hand.
I have no family to turn to. I came from a abusive upbringing. Abandoned . Left home at 16 due to sexual assault at home.
This is considered by many to be my fault .
I know in my heart, it is not my fault.
Many others are experiencing these issues. Many though are lashing out, doing crime, doing drugs and more, because there afraid, and believe there is no hope, no use, no answer to the issues, and some have shared with me they rather be dead. Sad but very true. They have lost hope in our Leaders. Leaders who say they care about them. They question weather they really do care, or weather they have ears to hear, eyes to see the cry for help. They feel they have no one to turn to.
What a Heart Breaking feeling. Suicide is the only way out they think. A Cry for help, a demonstration of what the issues are.
I on the other hand have faith in God. I have someone I can depend on, but I also know God, needs us, to be His servants, hands, eyes, ears, feet and mouths, to work for Him. He desires we use our abilities, resources, wisdom, and find ways to independently as Governors , Teachers, Leaders , Churches to assist , those in need. Yes we are our brothers keeper.
Some Leaders in our world, cringe at stories that consist of faith, or God. I ask you to overlook this, and open up your hearts, with a open mind. Think of it as you, put your self in my place for a while
.Faith and God, in my situation, is a amazing resource in its self, it gives me a reason to go on. Without my faith and God, or faith in God, then what would I have? I would have nothing to hang onto, no hope, no chance to go forward, no reason to live.
So please do not look down on me for holding onto something that is real, even if you do not think it is, and do not try to take every shed of hope I do have. If I do not have you as a Church Leader, A Governmental Head, or Leaders , at least I have my Faith In God.
What you should be asking yourselves is, what are we going to do, where did we go wrong, and how can we assist? Humble your self , and admit , Nina has a point.
So where will I go by Feb 1 2017, what is my next move? I do not know, I guess ill have to hope for a open door, a way out, a ear to hear, eyes to see, a heart obedient to God, and a lot of faith, hope, persistence, hard work on my part, a lot of convincing , seeking, faith , and prayer , and use every shed of what i have to get through it all.
Should I be on The Streets? Is It a crime ? YES and No I should not be on the streets.
I could die, by the hands of cracks in the systems.
Cold desolate , with birth Arthritis throughout my body. Not a force coming from God, but the force of Man kind. Wrong Laws, System Cracks.
