Time is an essential part of the planet. A common word we practically use manage time. Time is not constant, we can not control time. Controlling time is not an option, what we best can do is to manage work within the given timeframe. Every time we have to operate multiple tasks in our daily life but in these tasks, there are some important and some less important.

Henry David Thoreau once said, "It's not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The question is, what we are busy with." If you think every day that somebody asks for any help, we make excuses for being busy. But in reality how much productively busy we are. Let's say if our basic office work hour is 8 hours, then how many hours we work productively???

To manage time, we have to be productive. To be productive, we have to reduce wasting time. How do we waste our time? Think there's no social media and YouTube exist in the current timeframe. Then some of us, during work listen to notification sounds won't be distracting. But stopping social media won't entirely save our time. We can adapt. Some adapt fast some adapt less. In place of social media, we'll start to distract others by chatting with them unnecessarily.

If we stop our wastage, we can focus on our work at hand and complete the task more early than we usually do. Benjamin Franklin once said, "Lost time is never found". A good quote, which defines how much we lose time unnecessarily. Time waits for none, so, we need to use these moments productively. What is Productive work, do we know? Productive time is the time we work without focusing on other unnecessary work. If we are not productive then work will follow us back in our home. The time for family and office will conflict. And relations with your family will eventually reduce.

"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment," Buddha.

We always after returning home make excuses to everyone that I'm tired. But can we remember how energized we felt during our younghood? But now we always remain tired after returning home from work. Our mind always invests in the regrets of the past and tensions for the future which make our mind tired of focusing on the present. So, it's time to stop with thoughts that make us tired and focus on the present. If we are able to not mix up our life with office and family, our life will be golden. I know I said lots of boring words, but before finishing this important novel work, let's finish with another quote,

"Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work at hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus", Alexander Graham Bell.
